Explanation of the Prison Visits Program:
We provide affordable transportation to New York State Correctional facilities to individuals that do not have other means of transportation.
Spaces fill up quickly & we do not reserve spaces.. We will report any canceled spaces daily so that others may have a crack at them.
We do not accept walk- ins (walk ups.) Nobody will be there selling tickets during boarding times.
Bus tickets are sold in advance only.
We do not accept personal checks & money orders must be recieved 10 days prior to any trip.
You will be expected to obey all laws concerning the correctional facility. If you do not know the rules that are applicable, it is your responsibility to obtain & apply them.
You are personally responsible for ensuring that you have the correct identification to be admitted to the prison.
In the event of you not being able to catch the bus, you will be credited for next prison visit trip.
You will need to show your identification prior to boarding the bus.
We reserve the right to refuse service as a whole if we believe that you will pose a problem for Our staff or the other customers.
If you are caught passing contriband you will never be able to use our services again & your name will be written on our wall of shame.
Do NOT use drugs or alcohol prior to boarding, if you are drunk or high you WILL be turned away, you will not recieve a refund & you will not be allowed to use our services again.
Display respect at all times. We will not deal with rude unrulely behavior on the buses.
Fighting on or off the bus will not be tolerated at all, you will not be allowed to use our services again.
Ask for a punch card and you will be privey to a $4.00 off coupon off your 11th visit.
Do NOT deface the buses, do not write on seats, leave garbage, Stick gum to anything or display classless behavior in general, you will be subject to 6 week bus restriction the first time, the second time you will be subject to 6 months restriction, 3rd time, you are no longer welcome to use our services.
Do NOT leave valuables on the buses.
You will be required to show your ticket prior to boarding as well.
Do NOT try to forge the punchcard, you will be caught & your access to our services will be revoked.
If you have an Order of Protection against anyone or someone has one against you, you need to report this information so we can take precautionary measures for all parties involved. We will not ban you from using our services but, we can ensure that you are not booked together in order to prevent unforseen problems.
if you would like to purchase a soda or snack for the bus trip, you can call in your order and we will invoice you for your entire order order so that we can esure no mistakes are made. ( In order to do this, you must have access to an email address.)
There will be a garbage bag aboard the bus, you are expected to clean up your own messes, Take the initiative to be responsible for yourself.
No other food or drinks will be allowed on the bus.
Do not bring pillows, blankets or any other outside item on the bus, if it is not available from the list, it is not allowed.
Do NOT bring excess baggage on the bus. What ever you order will be waiting for you there prior to your departure.
You will be provided with a "Rate My Driver" card for each trip. Please fill it out. If a driver is making irresponsible decisions, it will impact our business reputation as a whole BUT, more importantly, it will impact your time and your safety, it is very important that you contact us whether it is good or bad, we can only fix what we are made aware of.

If you are applying on behalf of the indigent inmate, They MUST meet these guidelines:
They don't have to meet all guidelines to be eligable.
Has not recieved a visit in 5 months or more.
Has not had a commisary order in 3 months or more
Does not have a job within the prison
Desires to complete a self help course while in prison & is between the ages og 16 & 24 years old.
Inmate coriculum for Guided Self Help Studies: Free if you meet basic criteria
(***over two-thirds of released prisoners were rearrested within three years......
Help your loved one before they get out of prison to reduce the probability of being a repeat offender.)

Forms of Identification Required for Adult visitors?
Every adult whom is visiting an inmate in the NYC Dept of Corrections facilities must present at least one form of identification (photo ID) which includes a valid (not expired) photograph and signature. The following are forms of ID that are acceptable for adult visitors:
State driver's license with photograph and signature.
Valid passport
Alien photo ID cards
School ID
Employment ID card.
Food stamp card.
U.S. Armed Forces ID.
New York State DMV Non-Drivers License ID card.
The facilities may accept other forms of photo identification, at the sole discretion of the visit control officers. (We are not in control of officers discretion.)
